After the module, I learned about encumbered funds, sequestering, proration, diversions, Return on Investments, operational budget, personal budget, etc. These terms were exquisitely explained in the reading, and I understood them in the first read having no issues at all. Also, I learned the things a resource manager must have to work effectively. Among these things, time is the most precious resource as the loss of time cannot be replaced. The criminal justice operations also need to allocate time in such a way that nobody works overtime and the appropriate number of holidays should be given to all the personnel.
